Hello Gatecrashers,
A quick update at the end of the month to keep everything up to date. I do get to move one more reward from Pending to Delivered this month, so some progress!
LAST CALL FOR DELUXE HARDCOVER ISSUES
Before we go over our reward list, I just wanna touch base one final time to see if there are any final issues with the deluxe hardcover version of Lunars: Fangs at the Gate. I know there's one copy on an island with an address issue, and one misprint that's being replaced soon.
If you haven't received yours, or if you received one of the few copies that was misprinted or destroyed in transit beyond usability, please let me know as soon as possible.
USPS only maintains tracking information for 6 months, after which they remove the information and eventually re-use the tracking numbers. I think FedEx and international couriers may keep the info for about 3 months beyond that, but once the info is cleared out, I'll only be able to assume that all is well and everything has delivered. So, this really is our last opportunity to sort out any issues.

It's not quite time for our month end update yet, but I didn't want to wait to sneak out this one small reward before we get to our list next week.

March 2021 Update

Hello Gatecrashers,
After the excitement of the past few months, it's gonna be a quieter update for March. I believe I've dealt with a handful of issues - misprinted and damaged books, lost shipments - and just about everyone has received their copy of Lunars by this point. There are still a handful that are still in transit, either making their way through Brazilian customs (6 weeks and counting!) or waiting for a remote island's delivery services to open back up.
If you have any issues with your shipment still unresolved, please contact me and I'll keep poking the system and, if not solving anything, at least keeping an eye on things with you.

Hello Gatecrashers,
It's been quite a month! Our rewards shipped out in January, and just over 99% have delivered and are in your hands. There are a handful of stray shipments and a few replacements that I'm still following up on, but, for the most part, you should have your books by now.
If you need to check your tracking number, <This Update> has all the information on looking it up in BackerKit.
So, nothing quite as exciting for this month. Let's review where we are and what we've still got coming our way...

Before we dig into where we are on the Reward Tracking list, let me note that all books are still in the process of shipping out! There are still about 150 orders left to pick for international backers, but 95% of pledge orders have been picked, packed, and prepped for shipment.
There were... a lot! Our fulfillment partners at Studio2 are doing their best, working under strict staffing and safety conditions, and have assembled about 25 skids of product to ship out to our backers.
Unfortunately, they're also at the mercy of the shipping companies, and often instead of large trucks picking up 5-10 skids at a time, they're getting smaller vehicles picking up 1-2 skids at a time. So, shipments are going out a little slower than we'd normally see. And we've found, once they go out, they can take an extra few days to actually enter the sorting facilities, compounding systemic delays,
Many of you have had your book delivered, many are able to watch the progress of their order via the Tracking Number assigned (See last week's update on how to find your tracking number), but there are still orders that show as "Pre-Shipment" waiting to be picked up soon.
The team continues to push these orders out and is scheduling them as fast as the infrastructure allows. We'll hopefully get there soon!
So, as noted in last week's update, continue to check your tracking number over the next few weeks. If you haven't received your package by, let's say February 12, review the tracking number to see where the issue might be, and if it's still stuck in Pre-Shipment or there are any other issues, let me know and I'll do my best to get it sorted out.
